How does our online shopping work?
Our online system shopping allows you to shop in our Supermarket online. You will pay exactly the same prices in our online store as you do in our Supermarket. Our everyday low prices, catalogue specials and other promotions are all available online.
As outlined above you will pay exactly the same price online as you do in store. Please be aware that some prices may vary from week to week in terms of grocery specials and fresh items that are subject to market fluctuations. Our Weekly Specials run from Wednesday to Tuesday. So if you place an order for collection or delivery the following week there may be a difference in the price of some items.

Online orders are available for collection from 8am – 8pm Mon – Fri . Same day orders may be collected after midday if placed that morning. Orders placed after midday, can be collected at any time the following day.
Deliveries. (Please note deliveries are not available on public holidays)
At this time we deliver to a 20km radius of the store. If you are outside this radius, please contact us and we will try to accommodate your request. Our deliveries are made in the afternoon from Monday – Friday.
What are the Charges?
After placing your order it is received at the store where a specially trained IGA Leongatha ‘shopper’ selects your items. For this service we charge 6% of your shopping total to a maximum of $15 per order.
Delivery fees vary according to your location.
Delivery within the 10km radius of the store is $4.95 and greater than 10 – 20km is $10. For delivery outside of this areas, please contact us for details.
PLEASE NOTE: WE PREFER TO PACK YOUR ORDER IN BOXES, IF YOU REQUIRE REUSABLE PLASTIC BAGS A FEE OF 10c PER BAG WILL BE APPLIED. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO NOMINATE YOUR PREFERENCE WHEN YOU CHECK OUT.

Should a product you have ordered not be available due to circumstances beyond our control you may select to have us substitute a product from your order? We will ask your preference when you checkout online and will always call you to discuss the replacement.
How do I order weighted products?
Weighted items in our meat, produce and delicatessen departments may be ordered in increments of 250 grams. You can adjust this amount by using the simple Plus and Minus – symbols which will appear under the item.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order with Mastercard or Visa online when you check out with NAB Secure Transact. We also accept COD or if collecting your order you may choose to pay at the store.
What if I pay online and my order value differs due to replacement products/weighted items?
When you check out using your credit card through the NAB Transact Secure Payment Gateway, the estimated total of your order is pre-authorised against your credit card. When the order is totalled in store the pre-authorisation is removed and the actual total charged to the card. You will receive notification via email when this has occurred. Please note we do not store any credit card details, this service is provided and guaranteed secure by the NAB.
Can I add to my order once I have checked out?
At this stage no, however please call the store directly on (08) 9387 9500 and we will do our best to assist you!
What if there is a problem with my order?
In the event that you experience any difficulty with your order, call (03) 5662 6644 within 24 hours of your delivery. Our trained, courteous and professional staff will assist you in resolving your problem. If you are unsatisfied with any of the products you receive, you may exchange the product for an on the spot credit that applies to your next order, or return the product within reasonable time to the store for a full refund. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday 8.00am to 8.00pm. Please have your order number and register receipt on hand when you call.
You only need to register once. When you complete your registration you will receive an email asking you to confirm your email address. When registering you will also need to choose a user name and password (user name is your email address)
What if I forget my password?
On the log in page you will see a forgot password link. Simply click on this and enter the email address you used when registering. You will then receive an email that details how you can reset your password.
Can I save my order/s?
Yes just select the “Save Trolley” option on the trolley total tab and your order will be saved in your ‘Saved Trolley’. You can then select and personalise these if you wish ie Week One, Holidays etc. When you next log in you can recall and select the Trolleys link, you can then add or remove products as you wish – simple!
Can I save my Favourite Products?
Yes. Simply click the favourite button under the product and it will be added to your favourite products list. To recall the products simply click on the Favourite Products link.
Liquor, Tobacco Products, Knife Products and Soda Bulbs – over 18 yrs ONLY.
Customers may purchase liquor, tobacco products, kitchen knives and soda bulbs from our online store but please note that when you take delivery of the goods there must be a person over the age of 18 to take delivery of the items. Please note: In order to make a purchase of a tobacco product or a knife or a soda bulb it is a legal requirement that the person is aged 18 years. A person under the age of 18 years may not legally order or receive liquor, tobacco products, knives or soda bulbs. When you receive delivery or your purchases that contain tobacco products, knives or soda bulbs our representative will require identification from any person who is receiving any tobacco products, knives or soda bulbs and appears to be less than 25 years of age. The only forms of identification that will be accepted are Australian Driver’s License, Passport or Proof of Age Card Victorian 18 plus card or Victorian Keypass Card.
